This stunning Villa OL and JU is located near the ancient city of Pula. It offers a lot of comfort, and the location is ideal for beach, city, events and culture. The ground floor of this modern villa consists of a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a separate bathroom. The other two bedrooms and a bathroom are on the first floor. Two bedrooms have a double bed and the third bedroom has 3 single beds. In the living room there is also a sofa bed for 2 people. Next to the villa is a smaller house with a pool table and covered outdoor dining area with a summer kitchen equipped with a gas hob, sink and cupboards. It is the ideal place to enjoy warm summer nights and cook your favorite dishes. In the outsite area there is of course the refreshing private pool with sun loungers, which invites you to relax under the warm Istrian sun. The pool is heated and is included in the total price. For the active ones there is also a table tennis. The villa is only 2.8 km away from the nearest beach. Pula is a 3000 year old city with a rich cultural and historical heritage that offers a wide range of shopping, bars, restaurants, cafes and sports activities. Probably the most famous monument in Pula is the Roman amphitheater, also called simply Arena by the locals, where gladiator fights and fights took place during Roman times.
