The villa has an enchanting sea view and is located in Premantura. The small tourist town is close to the sea and also near Kamenjak, it is one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia. The villa offers 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms on a total of 400m2. The living room is large and cozy, it is equipped with a pool table. Outside in the garden you have a 40m2 large pool with 8 sundbeds and a lot of space around.
No wish remains unfulfilled, this villa simply offers everything you could wish for on vacation.
There is a sandpit for our younger guests and a lot of green area for having fun and playing arround.
The villa is fenced in and guaranteed privacy.

The equipment was great, nice big pool, 2 jacuzzi, big kitchen. Lots of space even with small children. We didn't use the sauna because it was very hot.

How the landlord deals with services. Our air conditioning didn't work. someone came to repair it, this was then deducted from the deposit. Despite the repair, the air conditioning was not working for the last 3 days. Due to our young children we wansee more

Despite the repair, the air conditioning was not working for the last 3 days. Due to our young children we wanted to check out on Friday evening so that we could go home that night. We also had to pay for the early check-out and it was deducted from the deposit.
