Well-equipped, spacious, newly built villa with perfectly functioning air conditioning and a clean pool. After all, the cleanliness in the house is exemplary. The photos are completely true to reality. There are many restaurants in the nearby area, about 10/20 minutes' walk away, where you can eat decently, the offer is varied. Stores with food and other goods such as: Lidl, and local brands up to , 5 min by car. Beach 20 min. Medulin as such is a very nice place to spend a relaxing holiday. And the owner is pleasant, communicative, so it's cool. I can only recommend it. Marcel

A beautiful and morganically furnished Villa that has an outdoor kitchen in addition to the kitchen inside. This is perfect for the summer, so you don't have to cook inside. It also has a covered outdoor seating area and very comfortable outdoor seatsee more
A beautiful and morganically furnished Villa that has an outdoor kitchen in addition to the kitchen inside. This is perfect for the summer, so you don't have to cook inside. It also has a covered outdoor seating area and very comfortable outdoor seating for relaxing summer evenings. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower or bath. In addition, there is an outdoor toilet and another inside. All this makes you a perfect place to stay for 8 people. Walking distance to nearest restaurant is about 10 min to walk to and to water about 20 min. With the two bicycles that belong to the Villa you can quickly go to the beach, bakery or Lidl. Exceptionally, here the service from the landlord would be mentioned, which wishes, as in our case, pump up a filter coffee machine and air with the wheels in a short time. We will gladly come back :-)
