This beautiful villa near Kastelir is the ideal place for a relaxing family holiday in quiet surroundings. But at the same time it is only a short drive from coastal centers such as Porec and Novigrad.
The rooms are furnished with great attention to detail. There are 3 floors and an impressive outdoor area. On the ground floor there is the large living room, which leads into a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. Two bedrooms, one with its own bathroom, are located on the ground floor. Here you will also find another bathroom. A cozy bedroom and a bathroom are on the first floor. For added convenience, there is a gallery on the first floor where you can relax. The gallery can also be used as an additional sleeping option. To make your vacation even more enjoyable, there is a tavern in the basement equipped with a pool table and table football. From the ground floor you can go into the beautiful garden. Enjoy the sun by the pool or explore the beautiful Istrian landscape.
