Villa EmMa Istria is located near the town of Svetvincenat, in a village called Jursici. It offers everything you need for a pleasant family vacation and can accommodate up to 10 people. The beautiful sea view will completely enchant you. The villa has 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, a cozy living room with an open kitchen and a separate own dining room. The whole villa is air-conditioned. There is also underfloor heating for colder days and pool heating on request. Outside the villa you will find a private pool with sun loungers, which is ideal for refreshing on hot summer days, as well as a covered terrace with comfortable garden furniture. Also you can play table tennis at the villa. For the gaming world we have a Playstation 4. The small, picturesque village of Jursici is located near the medieval town of Svetvincenat, the most dominant small town in south-central Istria. Svetvincenat will impress you with the pleasant hospitality of its residents and typical Istrian delicacies, world-renowned wines, fresh extra virgin olive oil, homemade brandies and much more. You can feel antiquity when discovering the Roman amphitheater in the 3000-year-old city of Pula (the largest in Istria), strolling through Porec (the pearl of the Croatian coast and the most visited city in Istria) or the famous St. Euphemia's Church in Rovinj (most beautiful holiday resort in Istria, a city of art and street performers).
