Description
The beautiful villa Andrija is the perfect holiday home for families with children who would like to have a beautiful garden with a large pool and also be right by the sea. The villa is simply a family dream with outdoor TV for nice movie nights with family and friends. But also like to just splash around in the pool during the day and enjoy outdoor TV music. For our young guests there is a children's playground in the garden and various games in the house. There is also a table tennis outside in the garden. The pool can be heated on request for a fee of EUR 20 per day.
The villa is distributed over 2 floors. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with 3 toilets.
On the ground floor there is an open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Here you also have a bathroom with shower and toilet to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
On the 1st floor there are 3 large, beautiful bedrooms, all of which have an exit to the terrace. There is also a bathroom with shower and 1 separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor there is another large bedroom with a small bedroom next door and a balcony. Also here is a bathroom with shower and bath and a toilet.
On this floor you also have a changing table and a baby bed. We have also provided a baby bath for our little guests.
The villa is fully fenced and offers an inviting large private pool. Imagine sipping something refreshing and relaxing by the pool with nice music playing in the background - it doesn't get much better than this. The dreamlike villa is located in Fazana, a former small Istrian fishing village in the southwestern part of Istria. Nowadays many tourists visit Fazana.
