The guest pays 30% in time of incoming reservation, and the rest of the amount 35 days in advance. After the guest pays us the total amount of the reservation, we pay the owner his net reservation amount. The owner has the total net amount of the reservation before the guest's arrival, but if it is a LAST MINUTE reservation, the payment is made at the beginning of the next month. Payments to the owner are made at the beginning of the month for the previous month.
The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 59 days to 30 days before arrival, an advance payment of 30% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee. In case of cancellation within 29 days before arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be charged as a cancellation fee.
We offer free boat trips or wine tasting with local Istrian food included in the price to our direct guests with a minimum reservation amount of 2,100.00 EUR. The best occupancy is during July and August, but with our additional benefits for guests such as free excursions, we successfully fill the pre- and post-season.
Exit prices on all portals are the same and transparent.. The owner of the villa knows at all times at what price we are selling his accommodation unit.

Pets and pool heating can be charged extra if the owner wishes. Guests pay a certain amount in cash upon arrival. On average, pets are charged 10 EUR per day and pool heating is 20-25 EUR per day.
The owner or Check IN contact register the guests to the eVisitor. Guests receive a note from the agency to show their documents at check-in.
If your property does not have photos, it is necessary to take professional photos. The agency can recommend a photographer and provide a discount, but the cost of photography is fully charged to the owner.
