There is also a cozy bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. Another three bedrooms are air-conditioned and are located on the first floor. All bedrooms have a private bathroom for maximum comfort. In total there are 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, one bedroom with ensuite bathroom also has its own sauna, shower and massage bath. Enjoy the benefits of a professionally equipped summer kitchen with a beautiful fireplace, large dining table and relaxing lounge area suitable for any season. A large glass door leads you directly to the large, carefully tended garden that surrounds the luxury holiday home. The beaches that are nearby are located next to the idyllic fishing town of Fazana (22 km) with a beautiful harbor where tourists take boats to go to one of the most beautiful national parks in Croatia - Brijuni. You can find many tourist activities in the beautiful town of Rovinj (23 km), but be sure to visit the regional capital, Pula. 

Villa Ana is located near Sveticenat, precisely in Jursici. It offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, an open kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday by the sea. The cute living room provides a cozy gathering place for entertaining with family and friends. The house is separated into two floors, each floor has a kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms and its own entrance. It is only possible to change floors from the outside stairs. The 36m2 saltwater pool in the garden invites you to sunbathe and just relax. Enjoy this beautiful idyllic ambience and the quiet surroundings. The whole villa is air-conditioned and has free internet for your guests. In the garden you can prepare delicious  grill evenings and spend a great time with family and friends. Very close to Villa Ana you can use cycling and explore the wonderful area. Opatija is 49 km from the accommodation, while Rovinj is 21 km away. The nearest airport is Pula Airport, about 14km.
