For even more relaxation, the villa offers a jacuzzi and sauna, both located in a separate wellness area. This private wellness space is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the area.
For families with children, there is a fun playground right on the property. The villa also has an outdoor dining area with a charcoal barbecue, perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends. The whole property is fully fenced, making it safe for children and pets to run and play freely.

The villa can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 beautifully furnished bedrooms equipped with TVs, air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. On the ground floor you will find a large living room with carefully chosen details and a bedroom. The living room has an open kitchen and dining area. These rooms overlook the stairs leading to the large, inviting pool. The garden extends outdoors and offers many leisure activities, such as a badminton and volleyball net, a trampoline and a children's playground ideal for our younger guests. In the garden there is a dining area where you can enjoy your evenings overlooking the pool and the green Istrian hills in the background. On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms and two terraces. One terrace is covered where you can play sports while the other is ideal for sunbathing.
