This villa is located near Pula, a lovely town in Croatia known for its rich history and beautiful beaches. Pula is a great place to visit with its Roman ruins and lively atmosphere.
The villa sits on a big 5800 m² plot, giving you lots of space to relax and have fun. There are many activities to enjoy, such as volleyball, small football goals, darts, table tennis, a pool table, and table football. You and your friends or family can play and have a great time together.
The villa has 4 smaller apartments. Each apartment has its own rooms, kitchens, living rooms, and bathrooms. This makes it easy for everyone to have their own space while still being together. It’s a very comfortable place to stay.
If you like swimming, the villa has a large 55 m² outdoor pool with saltwater, perfect for cooling off on a warm day. The pool area is a great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine.
For meals, there is an outdoor dining area that can fit up to 18 people. You can enjoy your meals outside with a gas BBQ, which is great for grilling. It’s a perfect spot to gather around, eat together, and enjoy the beautiful weather.
