The beautiful designer villa Casa Arbor Blanco, built-in 2020, is a blend of modern and traditional architecture at its best. It is located in a quiet part of Fazana - close to the sea and surrounded by pine trees and olive groves.
The villa faces south and is adorned with a spacious terrace and an heated infinity pool with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the Brijuni National Park. It is superbly designed to highlight all the benefits of its location and the panoramic view. It spreads over three floors and 300 square meters and is equipped with the best local materials as well as excellent designer furniture. The ground floor consists of two spacious bedrooms with bathrooms and access to a fragrant garden with a sun deck. On the ground floor, there is also a Finnish sauna with a shower which is also connected to the garden. On the ground, floor guests can also enjoy the elegant corner stocked with renowned local beverages. All rooms on the ground floor open onto a spacious Mediterranean garden with a dining table next to the sun deck protected by the shade of olive and lemon trees. The garden is ideal for enjoying the sun, but also for and watching the beautiful stars at night. On the mezzanine floor, there is a spacious bedroom with an en suite bathroom and wardrobe. On the first floor, there is an impressive living area with a kitchen and large glass walls through which you can enjoy a panoramic view. The dreamy newly built Villa Elena Deluxe ****Superior is a modern villa right on the sea with whirlpool and private pool.
